Feasibility & Market Analysis

When we undertake work for developers looking to secure anchor tenants, or owners of underperforming centres, our start point is always a detailed feasibility and market analysis report.
We look for a range of information from these reports – the surrounding population, future population growth, resident income and spending habits, competing centres and supermarkets in the local catchment area and their sales data. From this we identify the ideal tenancy mix, optimal floorspace for each tenant and the potential centre income and growth prospects.


Our capabilities and capacity to undertake project leasing and maintenance and lease renewals is enormous, and our leasing team is one of the best in the business.
